WinDirStat

Brilliant tool to quickly see a visual overview of your hard disk. Locate large videos and music files that are clogging your drive and slowing down system performance. Find large files that are no longer needed on your system that have been “hidden” for months or years. By removing some of the largest colored blocks (after carefully determining that they are not critical system files or data) you can free up space on your laptop, desktop or server. Be sure to run a full defrag (caution with server systems) after you delete unneeded files. An indispensable tool.
Ninite
